Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://ummahjunkremovalandrecycling.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Services. Ummah Junk Removal & Recycling provides Move-In Cleanouts, Move-Out Cleanouts, Furniture Removal, Appliance Removal, Debris Removal and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Ummah Junk Removal & Recycling (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Ummah Junk Removal & Recycling reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Ummah Junk Removal & Recycling disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Ummah Junk Removal & Recycling's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Ummah Junk Removal & Recycling harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. CT law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CT.
Term Changes. Ummah Junk Removal & Recycling may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
